Phil Locker

Phil Locker is the Head of HR at Studio Lambert, a renowned production company known for hits like The Traitors and Gogglebox. They have extensive generalist HR experience in the creative industries and are CIPD level 5 certified, fluent in both Spanish and French. Currently, Phil is also training as a psychotherapist at the Metanoia Institute, where they are pursuing accreditation through BACP and UKCP while gaining clinical experience at EACS and Headstrong Counselling. Phil has previously held HR roles at various organizations, including Somethin' Else, Channel 4, and Penguin Random House UK. They hold a degree in French and Hispanic Studies from King's College London and have completed further education in Human Resources Management and Development.
