Studio Leonelli is a boutique US corporate law firm based in Austin, Texas.

The firm was founded by Michele Leonelli, an Australian attorney who trained at Latham and Watkins, served as General Counsel of Noveon, a high-growth scale-up, and later ran a startup of his own. He has since built a team of talented and experienced lawyers.

We work with startups, high-growth companies, small-to-mid-sized businesses, foreign companies expanding to the US, PE firms, family offices, and investors. A meaningful part of our work involves helping ANZ companies land and operate in the US.

Our services cover M&A across all deal types, entity formation and structuring, commercial contracts, employment, fundraising, and dispute resolution. We also serve as Outside General Counsel for companies that need ongoing US legal support.

We are flexible, responsive, and easy to work with. Flat fees are available for most project types. We work closely with a cross-border tax firm to make sure the legal and tax work is coordinated for foreign companies from day one.
