Studio Mallick is an operations-focused design consultancy for furniture and design-led companies. We bring structure, clarity, and pace to complex pipelines—linking design, technical, production, and logistics so projects ship on time and to spec.

We accept a limited number of private interior commissions (notably bespoke kitchens) by referral for distinctive clients whose brief aligns with our ethos of timeless, functional design.

What we do:
- Design Management: brief control, RFI/RFQ flow, approvals, value engineering, compliance.
- Project Delivery: master programmes, critical paths, risk registers, handover packs.
- Supply Chain & Ops: supplier onboarding, POs and order books, change control, QC, sea/air freight coordination, installation readiness.
- Technical Oversight: drawings/packages review, tolerances, interfaces, site coordination.

Who we work with:
- Premium furniture brands, design houses, and manufacturers needing a hands-on partner to stabilise process and deliver at scale.
