Michelle Kim has extensive experience in customer experience roles, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Studio McGee since October 2017, having previously held positions as Senior Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Supervisor, and Customer Experience Specialist within the same organization. Prior to Studio McGee, Michelle worked as a Communication Coordinator for the Salt Lake City Arts Council from April 2017 to October 2017 and gained experience at Somers-Jaramillo + Associates, Inc. as a Public Involvement Coordinator and Intern from March 2015 to October 2017. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Utah, completed in 2018.
