Studio One Yoga is, first and foremost, a yoga community built by 'real' people whose aim is to promote positive health and mental well being. 

We work with schools, colleges and workplaces to take this goal further afield and promote the advent of online yoga as an accessible way to improve the health of staff and colleagues.
