We start with people, processes, and organizational context. Through structured analysis and AI mapping, we identify where generative AI can create tangible value now and how to design solutions that remain adaptable over time. We then design, build, and implement AI-solutions, supporting the organizational change required for them to be adopted and sustained.

Education is a core part of our approach. Our training focuses on prompting, applied understanding, and critical use of generative AI, enabling teams to work confidently today while staying capable of adjusting their approach as the technology changes.

Studio Stén was founded by Karin Hamberg Stén and Cronja Hultin, combining deep expertise in generative AI, prompt engineering, strategy, implementation, and transformation work. We bring a hands-on perspective, helping organizations extend human expertise and build resilient, future-ready ways of working.
