Studio Three
Leyla Aiyash has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Leyla started their career as a Recreation Assistant at Campus Recreation at Illinois State University, where they also worked as a Member Services Associate and later became a Facility Manager. In this role, Leyla trained and supervised over 110 student employees and managed various aspects of the facility's operations, including cash handling, facility reservations, and customer service.
Leyla also gained experience as a Communication Specialist at Campus Recreation and as a Kinesiology and Recreation Student Instructor at Illinois State University. Additionally, they completed an internship at the Orthopedic Sports Enhancement Center as a Sports Enhancement Intern.
Moving forward, Leyla joined OSF St. Joseph Medical Center as a Center for Healthy Lifestyles Intern and later worked at LifeStart as a Wellness Director and General Manager. In these roles, they focused on building strong relationships with clients and property management, ensuring safety and policy compliance, providing personal training and group exercise classes, and offering tours to potential members.
Currently, Leyla is working at Studio Three as a Studio Manager and, more recently, as the Regional Director for Chicago.
Leyla Aiyash completed their high school education at Lyons Township High School from 2008 to 2012. Leyla then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science at Illinois State University, graduating in 2016.
In addition to their formal education, Leyla obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and also achieved certification in Indoor Cycling from Schwinn Fitness. Furthermore, they obtained a TRX suspension certification from TRX Training in 2016. In 2017, Leyla earned the titles of Fitness Nutrition Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Certified Health Coach from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness). Lastly, in 2019, they obtained certification in CPR AED First Aid from the American Red Cross.

Studio Three are flexible and may be adjusted to every user level of fitness. Studio trio is the first tiny sports center of its type to unite these elite skills so that may have an one subscription and a shared community. Anyone that attends workshop is an athletes regardless of age or skill level. While the practice at the intensity level that ismost suitable for them, the instructors will support and encourage reader. They are a small dedicated and active group of people that all have different fitness objectives yet also actually care about creating a sense of community. They want students to get know the instructor so feel inclined to go along at own pace.
