Experience, competence and quality of service: these are the underpinning values of Studio Torta. Over the years, the firm has put together a first-rate team of professionals, in which the long-standing experience of our senior partners is complemented daily by the expertise of talented junior partners, especially with regard to emerging technologies (artificial intelligence, biotech, nanotech, IoT, etc.) and the latest developments in the protection of trademarks (e-commerce, Internet and web-monitoring, domain names, etc.).

In this way, the firm offers its clients an excellent and ongoing consultancy service.
Relations with many prestigious Italian and foreign companies and a well-established network of select international consulting firms have enabled Studio Torta to grow in reputation and size, becoming one of Italy’s, and indeed Europe’s, leading consultancy firms operating in the field of patents and trademarks. This positioning is further strengthened by the numerous awards that the firm has received over the last decade from important Italian and international rating companies (Managing Intellectual Property, Leaders League, Legalcommunity.it, etc.).

Studio Torta is now a joint-stock company with 63 practitioners, 43 of whom are partners, and over 130 staff members. Every day brings new challenges and new opportunities for growth.
