Studio Two is an event-based health and wellness collective focused on bringing people together through yoga, strength-based workouts, and mindful movement. Our mission is to connect people, build confidence, and support whole-person wellbeing without the pressure or intimidation often tied to wellness spaces. From corporate and community events to private celebrations and public gatherings, each experience is thoughtfully designed and led by Kat and Sarah Jo, both RYT-200 certified yoga instructors, to make movement feel accessible, empowering, and fun.
