Alice Hildick

Alice Hildick has a wealth of experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning in 2006 when they joined ExxonMobil as a Senior Geoscientist / Associate Geoscientist. During their time there, they advanced through various geoscientist roles, and was eventually promoted to Asset Team Lead where they discovered a multi-million barrel (recoverable) oil reservoir in Africa. In 2015, they left ExxonMobil to join Netherland, Sewell and Associates as a Senior Consulting Associate, where they advised clients on their potential acquisition, merger or divestiture of oil and gas assets globally. In 2017, they joined Fracture ID as Vice President of Operations and then Director of Technical Operations, where they built and managed multi-disciplinary teams to support the company's core technical operations and continuous improvement programs. In 2020, they joined Studio X as Head of Operations and Program Director, where they are responsible for launching products that re-imagine the future of work in exploration.

Alice Hildick has a Master's Degree from the University of Florida.
