Senior Data Scientist at Studio X

Bradley Wallet has been working in the field of data science since 2004. Bradley began their career as the Founder and Chief Scientist at Automated Decisions, LLC, where they conducted research on automatic target recognition using high range resolution RADAR. In 2006, they moved to Signal Innovations Group, where they worked in an advanced research position for a commercial spin-off of the Duke University Department of Electrical Engineering. In 2007, Bradley worked as a Senior Software Developer at Stanley Associates, where they maintained an end-to-end simulation for testing and analysis.

From 2008 to 2011, Bradley worked as a Senior Geoscientist at Schlumberger Information Solutions, where they developed new technology for implementation in the Petrel software platform. In 2014, they became the President and Chief Geophysicist at Reservoir Informatics, LLC, providing consulting services related to the interpretation of seismic data. That same year, they also became the Director of the Crustal Imaging Facility at the University of Oklahoma, managing high performance computing resources for research and teaching exploration geophysics and geology.

In 2015, Bradley became a Partner at Seis-9 LP. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Aramco as a Computational Geostatistician, researching the application of machine learning to seismic interpretation, reservoir modeling, and hyperspectral imaging. Currently, Bradley is a Senior Data Scientist at Studio X, developing high risk, high reward innovations for energy production and climate mitigation.

Bradley Wallet's education history includes a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Oklahoma (2007-2014), a Master of Science in Weather and Climate Risk & Data Analytics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2022-2024), graduate studies in Computational Sciences and Informatics from George Mason University (1997-2006), a Master of Science in Statistical Sciences from George Mason University (1993-1997), and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Hampden-Sydney College (1986-1990).
