Tommy Shook

Tommy Shook has extensive experience in the field of design, with a focus on user experience and product design. Tommy most recently worked at Studio X as a Senior Product Designer. Prior to that, they were employed at DroneDeploy as a Senior Product Designer. Tommy also held the position of Lead UX / Product Designer at Enview, where they were responsible for developing a product strategy, creating design plans, and conducting user research. Before joining Enview, Tommy served as a Senior User Experience Designer at Rackspace, where they led the design team and contributed to the creation of the Rackspace Design System. Tommy also worked as a Senior Visual Designer at Dell, where they collaborated with various teams to develop design strategies for Dell's products. In addition, Tommy has experience as a Senior Web Designer at AMD, implementing the brand's online presence on social media platforms and designing mobile applications. Tommy began their career at JH&A Advertising as a Lead Visual & Multimedia Designer, overseeing design projects and integrating digital marketing techniques. Tommy's career in design started at Dibz / iDial Networks as a Graphic Designer, where they developed original designs for retail products and marketing collateral. Tommy also worked as a Graphic Designer at GraphX Creative, contributing to marketing initiatives and assisting the Art Director with various design projects.

Tommy Shook attended San Antonio College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a diploma in Electronic Graphic Arts and General Studies. In addition to their diploma, they have also obtained several certifications in various fields. These include a Google UX Design Professional Certification from Google, obtained in September 2020, a Udacity Product Design Certification from Udacity, obtained in January 2019, a Design: Creation of Artifacts in Society certification from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in January 2013, and a Human Computer Interaction certification from Stanford University, obtained in November 2012.
