Studio30 CreativEngineering is born from the 10yr experience of CITechService - Visionary Constructions, BIM Consulting Services and ICGraphDesign - Communications Agency. It is an integrated study that combines the strengths for an innovative vision of the AEC market and all its related industries.

Studio30 is the supervisor of three brands: Ubim SmartBuilt, Ubrand AECO and UfmCheker.

Ubim SmartBuilt is the alter-ego of CITechService. A full BIM Consulting Services able to create specialized project teams in the fields of architecture, engineering, plant engineering, construction field management and cost analysis. But also to support teams of design studies, technical studies of public administrations and construction companies, real estate agencies, in the delicate transition to the BIM process.

Ubrand AECO is the alter-ego of ICGraphDesign. A communication agency serving the AEC sector with graphic teams, web/app development, media and production ready to make an idea a well-known project!

Ufm Checker is a new project of Studio30. It is a team of specialists for the BIM implementation on existing projects and on historic/monumental buildings, facility management, industry IoT, BigData in Cloud management, Augmented Reality, design and management of BIM object libraries for AEC industry.
