Ella Roades has extensive experience in business development and management within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Development at Studio71, LP since September 2020, Ella oversees the operations and publishing for a network of over 30 creators, leveraging a deep understanding of Facebook and Meta platforms. Previous roles include Community and Programming Coordinator and an internship focused on talent partnerships and market research. Prior to Studio71, Ella contributed as an Administrative Assistant at California State University, Northridge, providing support to the Department of Theatre. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from California State University, Northridge.
