Simon Richard

Simon Richard is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in operational human resources management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at STUDIOCANAL, Simon oversees HR responsibilities for 200 employees in Paris and London, focusing on recruitment, career management, and the deployment of group HR projects. Previously, Simon held various HR leadership roles at CANAL+ Group, including within the Sports and Digital Divisions, managing HR policies for teams ranging from 80 to 150 employees. Simon's career also includes significant experience at Le Monde and Le Parisien, addressing organizational challenges and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Simon holds a Business Maker Program degree from ESCP Business School and a Master’s degree in Labor Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University among other academic qualifications in law.
