David Roa

David Roa has a diverse work experience in various design roles. David is currently working as a UX/UI Designer at StudioLabs since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Designer at TruU, Inc. from February 2022 to July 2022, where they designed onboarding flows, redesigned graphics, and created custom illustrations. David also worked as a UI Designer for himself from January 2021 to July 2022. In 2020, they worked as a Product/Graphic Designer at Tango Discos y Libros, where they designed print advertisements, executed a visual redesign of shipping boxes, and created promotional stickers and bookmarks for the company's 30th anniversary. Previously, at Entre Rios y Montanas in 2020, they collaborated on an institutional campaign on deforestation as a UX/UI Designer, conducting research, creating captivating digital content, and increasing awareness of deforestation. In the early years of their career, David worked as a Bartender at Metropolis Cafe from April 2012 to August 2019, managing priorities and creating craft cocktails. David also served as a Graphic Designer at Fusion Andina in 2015, where they designed visual brand iterations, promotional materials, and company stationery.

David Roa completed a UI Design program at CareerFoundry from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from LaSalle College in Bogota from 2006 to 2009.
