Randy Chen

Randy Chen is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in design and leadership across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Associate Creative Director for Experience Design at StudioNorth since January 2016, Randy leads digital and brand campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling projects. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Art Director at Brand/Be Collective and Creative Director at CreatePossible, where Randy managed a diverse range of projects for clients such as International Justice Mission and charity: water. Additional experience includes Principal Designer roles at CLASS Leadership Development and the Chicago Principals & Administrators Association, where Randy executed branding and collateral designs. Randy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois Chicago, obtained in 2009.
