Shane S.

Shane S. is currently the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Studs since January 2022. Shane also served as the Interim Chief People Officer at the same company from August 2022 to March 2024. Prior to Studs, Shane held various legal and compliance roles at companies such as TechGC, Sotheby's, Godiva Chocolatier, Rent The Runway, Sony Music Entertainment, and Atlantic Records. Shane is a Charter Member at TechGC and has a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations and History from the University of Pennsylvania.
