With previous experience as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Coupons.com and Managing Director at Elevate LLC, Rich has a wealth of knowledge in providing accounting and legal services to high tech and financial services companies. Throughout their career, Rich has held various leadership positions such as General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at companies like LogLogic, Elemental Security, OpenTV, and McAfee. Rich holds a JD in Law from Duke University, an LLM in Tax Law from New York University, and a BA in Accounting from Queens College.
