Mackenzie Grubb is currently a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, contributing to research in the field of Biomedical Engineering since August 2019. Additionally, Mackenzie has been a Research Assistant at the Biomedical Engineering Magnetics Laboratory at the University of Florida since May 2017, focusing on the use of Magnetic Nanoparticles in various biomedical applications. Concurrently, as an Assistant Tutor at Study Edge since June 2017, Mackenzie has developed content for math courses and provided individualized support to students facing challenges in mathematics. Mackenzie Grubb holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, earned in 2019.
