Luno Lim

Luno Lim is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, specializing in recruiting and talent management. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead for APAC & MENA at Study Group since October 2018, Luno contributes to the organization’s mission of facilitating international academic success. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Coty, where Luno established internal recruitment policies and an employee referral program, and Talent Manager at Amcor Flexibles Asia Pacific, overseeing all facets of recruiting. Luno has also held positions as Recruiting Manager at Bruker and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Samsung Electronics, where Luno managed end-to-end recruitment strategies for various disciplines, successfully placing candidates up to the Director level. Luno's career began in sales and marketing, with early roles at Cycle & Carriage Ind. Pte Ltd, Performance Motors, and Epson, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & PR from Curtin University.
