Mudit Mathur is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Study Group since December 2021, Mudit provides strategic oversight for planning and operational support, while developing shared services capabilities for student assessments and credential evaluations. Previously, as Vice President of HR Global Centralized Services at Credit Suisse, Mudit drove process standardization and continuous improvement, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Mudit's expertise in transitioning complex processes abroad has been demonstrated during tenure as Principal Advisor at Principal Global Services, where Mudit led successful 401(k) transitions. With additional leadership roles at Infosys BPO, Infosys Technologies Ltd, Exl Service, and GE Capital, Mudit has consistently focused on process optimization, employee engagement, and financial management. Mudit holds a PGDBM in Finance from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University.
