Jon Alfield currently serves as the Director of Engineering at The Study at Yale, overseeing facilities maintenance for a 124-room boutique hotel within Yale University's campus. With a total building management responsibility for the hotel's 70,000 square feet and an additional 30,000 square feet, Alfield brings extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, Alfield held various engineering positions at Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa and Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., including Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer roles. Alfield began a career in hospitality management as an Assistant Manager at John Henry.
