Simon Liversage

Simon Liversage is an experienced professional in the construction and real estate industries, currently serving as the Managing Director of Developments at Study Inn Group since August 2021, where responsibilities include transforming buildings into high-quality boutique student accommodations across the UK. Prior to this role, Simon held the position of Director of Residential at JHD Partnership Housing from July 2020 to September 2021, focusing on affordable and open market residential projects, and also managed complex land and build deals. From October 2013 to July 2020, Simon worked as Operations Director at Willmott Dixon within the Housing Birmingham Hub and previously served as Divisional Manager at Mansell from April 2001 to September 2013. Simon earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton between 1989 and 2004.
