Ruthie Kelly has held a variety of roles in the past, beginning with a Camp Counselor at Girl Scouts San Diego-Imperial Council in 2005. Ruthie then became an Intern at Dijkstra Literary Agency in 2007 and an Intern at Convera in 2009. In 2009, they also interned at the National Journal for the Washington Semester in Politics & Journalism program. From 2008-2010, Ruthie held roles at The Daily Aztec, including State of Mind (Opinion) Editor, Managing Editor, and Editor in Chief. In 2008, they were also a Writing Tutor at San Diego State University. From 2009-2012, Ruthie was a Teacher and Tutor at The Princeton Review and a Digital Learning Manager at Study.Net from 2012 onward.
Ruthie Kelly attended San Diego State University from 2005 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science. In 2009, they also attended the Washington Center for Politics & Journalism.
