Steven Severn

Steven Severn has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Steven is currently working as the Advertising Director at StudyKIK since January 2021. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at iMarket Solutions, where they started as a Social Media Specialist and later became the Social Media, Reputation, and Email Marketing Manager. During their time at iMarket Solutions, Steven managed up to 7 product specialists and was responsible for strategic product management, particularly in the email, reputation, and social media departments.

Before joining iMarket Solutions, Steven worked as a Social Media Marketing Manager at Neilson Marketing Services from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they also held roles at Fotofafa and Berrett Pest Management as a Community Manager / Marketing Specialist and Marketing Specialist, respectively, in 2011.

Furthermore, Steven gained valuable experience through an internship at Attack! Event Staffing, Field Support & Guerrilla Services in 2010, where they focused on social media, market research, blog writing, and improving SEO quality. This internship also provided him knowledge in event staffing, field support, and guerrilla marketing techniques.

Steven Severn obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Hootsuite Certified Professional certification from Hootsuite Media Inc. in September 2015. Subsequently, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in December 2020, the Advanced Social Advertising Certification from Hootsuite in November 2020, and the Google Ads Search Certification in December 2020. In 2021, they obtained the Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification from Facebook in May, and the Google Ads - Measurement Certification from Google in March. Most recently, in February 2022, they obtained the Certified Creative Strategy Professional certification from Meta.
