Jake Sumner is currently the Head of Upper School at Fay School, where they have held the position since 2022. They serve on the Innovation Advisory Board at Studyo and the Board of Directors for the New England League of Middle Schools, both since 2024. Additionally, Jake is a member of the Alumni Advisory Board for the Education Department at Randolph-Macon College, starting in 2025. They have previously worked as Dean of Student Life and Dean of Residential Life at Worcester Academy from 2016 to 2022 and held various roles at Marianapolis Preparatory School between 2009 and 2013. Jake is an Ed.M. candidate at Harvard University, pursuing a Master's in Education from 2025 to 2027.
