Yvan Girard, MBA, ASC, is a board member and investor with extensive experience guiding start-ups, high-growth companies, and multinational corporations. They translate strategic visions into tangible results through expertise in corporate governance, corporate financing, strategic planning, and business development. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Sherbrooke University, a Certificate in Corporate Governance (ASC) from Université Laval, and a college degree in electrical, electronic and communications engineering technology.
