Max Sothmann

Max Sothmann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max started their career as an Online Marketing Intern at addservice media GmbH in 2018. In 2019, they joined TIER Mobility as a Customer Support Specialist, where they handled customer inquiries and also took on the role of Process Manager. Max successfully managed and optimized processes, leading to improved agent performance and customer satisfaction. Max contributed to increasing the First Contact Resolution rate to 90% and helped agents achieve an average CSAT of 88%. In 2022, Max joined Dance as a Customer Support Specialist, providing support to customers. Currently, they serve as a Provider Success Manager at Studytube, where they support the success of providers.

Max Sothmann attended Seoul Foreign School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their IB Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2012 to 2013, where they focused on studying Chinese Language. After completing their time at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Max Sothmann pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Freie Universität Berlin from 2015 to 2019.
