Sturdy Oak Wellness provides Pranic Healing and coaching for high-functioning adults who feel stuck in stress-driven coping habits, cravings, urges, and compulsions, and want to regulate from within so choices get easier without white-knuckling.

Our work blends Pranic Healing protocols (an energy healing modality) with practical coaching to reduce the internal pressure that fuels old patterns and to build simple, sustainable practices that fit real life. Clients often come to us after trying willpower, discipline, or “just push through,” and still feeling pulled back under stress.

Ways to work with Sturdy Oak Wellness
• 1:1 Pranic Healing sessions (stress, cravings/urges, emotional regulation)
• Structured coaching + healing programs (including tobacco cessation and prana-integrated weight loss)
• The Sturdy Oak Wellness Tribe: learn-at-your-own-pace membership featuring the Energy Mastery Blueprint, community support, and ongoing integration tools

For referral partners: We collaborate with complementary providers (medical, nutrition, chiropractic, bodywork, and holistic practitioners) as a supportive, non-duplicative complement to care, especially for clients whose stress patterns are driving coping behaviors.

If you’re not sure where to start, begin with a Reset Intensive to experience the work and leave with a clear next-step plan.
