Joel Passen

Joel has 20+ years of experience creating value and driving measurable results at the intersections of sales, marketing, product, and strategic alliances. Most recently, Joel served as the Head of Global Sales at Beamery. Prior, Joel co-founded and was the chief revenue officer of Newton Software (acquired by Paycor 2015). Prior to Newton, he founded Gravity Technologies, the first recruitment process outsourcer for technology hiring. Joel is an active advisory board member for several SaaS startups.
