Founded in 1998 as a single family office, Sturgeon Ventures is Authorised and Regulated by the FCA and a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC. We are the most established Regulated Incubator, a trusted partner and venture catalyst. Providing nurturing and bespoke solutions, also known by some as a Regulated Umbrella, Hosting Platform or Regulatory Hosting Solution.

Within two years of its establishment, Sturgeon founded the Regulatory Incubator to host emerging financial services people and firms; a business model that other wholesale Principal firms replicated in future years.

We are a creative solutions provider for start-ups and established firms needing interim solutions, including Corporate Finance, 3rd Party Fund Raising, 3rd Party Fund Management of Funds, Segregated Accounts to AIFM Solutions and more established overseas firms moving to the United Kingdom (UK).  

Sturgeon Ventures is the longest running and most experienced wholesale regulatory incubator in the United Kingdom.  Since 1998 the firm has incubated hundreds of start ups including a number of established firms from the USA and other countries launching their British (UK) businesses.  A financial services company launched in weeks not months.
