Nils Deville

Nils Deville has extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Geschäftsführer at stuub, Hampton by Hilton Kaiserslautern, and WINDROSE HOSPITALITY since 2019. Prior to these roles, Nils held the position of Assistant Manager in Deal Advisory for Real Estate & Hospitality at KPMG from February 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included sell- and buy-side advisory services, operator selection, asset management, hotel real estate valuation, feasibility studies, debt advisory, strategic advisory, and portfolio optimization. Nils holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Real Estate from EBZ Business School Bochum and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Hotel Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences.
