Steven Brown

Steven Brown has worked as a journalist for STV Group plc since January 2013. In this role, they report, presents, and assists in the production of daily news bulletins. Steven has covered major news and sporting events, including the Ryder Cup, Scottish Referendum, and multiple elections. Steven has experience in writing and editing news and feature packages using Avid software and has presented and reported live both in and out of the studio. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance broadcast journalist for Original106fm from April 2012 to December 2012. In this role, they presented and produced hourly bulletins, crafted news pieces, and conducted on-location reporting and live bulletin presentation.

From 2008 to 2012, Steven Brown attended Robert Gordon University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
