Todd Carpenter is an experienced leader in the real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Industry Relations at Styldod, Inc., where collaboration with Multiple Listing Systems and property managers focuses on improving property listing photos. As a mentor at Moderne Ventures, Todd provides guidance to entrepreneurs and early-stage startups in residential real estate. Previously, Todd held the position of Director of Strategic Investments at Second Century Ventures, contributing to the establishment of key initiatives such as NAR's Innovation, Opportunity, and Investment Summit. Additionally, Todd served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Standards Organization, offering strategic vision, and managed Data Analytics at the National Association of REALTORS®, spearheading the Master Member Profile System and enhancing data strategy for organized real estate.
