Paul Townsend

Paul Townsend has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in commercial banking. Paul began their career at NatWest Commercial Banking in 1998 as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager. In 2015, Paul transitioned to the role of Relationship Director, where they oversaw a team of retirement specialists. Paul left NatWest in 2017 after 35 years with the company.

In October 2017, Paul joined Folk2Folk as a Business Development Manager. Folk2Folk is a peer-to-peer lending platform that helps connect businesses with investors. Paul was with Folk2Folk for just under a year before moving on to PT Financial Ltd in August 2018, where they served as Director until February 2021.

Most recently, Paul has taken on the role of Trustee at Style Acre, a charity that provides support for adults with learning disabilities. Paul began their work with Style Acre in September 2018 and continues in this role today.

Paul Townsend has a Diploma in Lending Skills from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, a BA Hons from the University of Reading, and went to school at Magdalen College School, Oxford.
