Mark Freeman is an Internationally Certified Executive Coach at The TJX Companies, Inc., since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing and assessing talent in various departments for TJ Maxx and Marshalls across the United States. With a career at TJ Maxx beginning in January 2000, Mark has served as Assistant Vice President and Zone HR Director, overseeing a significant area that includes nearly 600 stores and generates over six and a half billion dollars in sales. Previous experiences include roles as Regional Manager of Human Resources and Regional Recruitment Manager at Marshalls, as well as positions at Target. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from La Salle University and has additional coaching education from New England Coaching.
