Subhajit Dhar is currently the Assistant General Manager of Men's Buying at Baazar Style Retail Ltd., where they focus on range planning, inventory management, and product development for the men's bottom wear category. They previously held positions such as Category Manager at Jabong, Deputy Brand Manager at Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited, and Assistant Manager of Product at Reid & Taylor. With experience in high-end branded apparel merchandising and a strong command of statistical ERP tools, Subhajit has developed expertise in optimizing brand performance and customer engagement. They possess a Bachelor's degree in Garment Design from Mangalore University and are pursuing an MBA at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
