Lisa Cousens

Lisa Cousens is the Founder and CEO of Style Sourcebook, a platform designed to assist renovators, decorators, and interior designers in creating their ideal spaces through a drag-and-drop mood board tool and community feedback system. Prior to this role, Cousens served as the Head of Product for the Residential Line of Business at REA Group, managing a $350M product portfolio, where responsibilities included product strategy and revenue target achievement. Experience at Nielsen spanned various leadership roles, including Regional Development Director for Emerging Markets APAC and Product Marketing Director, focusing on market development, product management, and revenue generation across the Asia Pacific region. Early career included positions at Citysearch.com as Product Development Manager and State Sales Manager in Canberra. Cousens holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
