Julie Smith

Julie Smith has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Julie began their career as a Tax Paralegal at Thomson Reuters, where they wrote content on tax compliance issues. In 2016, they moved to EY as an Assistant Tax Advisor. In 2017, they joined Leyton UK as a R&D Tax Consultant, where they advised clients on the research and development scheme across a range of sectors. In 2018, they became a Corporate Tax Associate at Crowe UK, where they worked on R&D taxation issues and corporate tax compliance. Currently, they are a Software Engineer (Back End - Python) at Suade Labs, where their role involves automation, debugging, writing tests and documentation, training junior members of staff, and liaising with clients.

Julie Smith's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Julie'story from UCL, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Julie then went on to the University of Law, where they earned a GDL, LPC and LLB in Law between 2010 and 2013. Finally, they completed their ICAS CA in Accounting and Finance at BPP University between 2016 and 2019.
