Matt Anfang

Matt Anfang is an experienced Project Engineer at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., with a robust history in product support, design engineering, and international certification. Since May 2006, Matt has contributed to six product lines focusing on continuous improvement, safety, and cost-saving initiatives, including leading a million-dollar cost-saving project. Previous roles include Design Engineer II, where Matt presented new product prototypes and optimized cooking systems, and International Certification Engineer, responsible for ISO 17025 certification and compliance with various standards. Matt holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
