Melissa Enos

Melissa Enos is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. since October 2022, Melissa previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Transformation at Weber Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing strategic priorities and IPO implementation. In earlier roles at Weber, Melissa led global marketing and brand experience efforts, significantly enhancing brand presence in over 70 countries. Prior to Weber, Melissa was the Senior Director of Marketing at Radio Flyer, where a full-scale marketing function was established. With a foundation in brand management at SC Johnson and early career experience at Cadbury Schweppes and Newell Brands, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing Major from Miami University and completed executive education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School.
