Patrick W. Best

Patrick W. Best is an experienced designer with a strong focus on industrial design and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Lead Product Designer at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. since July 2011, Patrick leads a multi-disciplinary team in developing innovative digital user experiences for various product lines, including Wolf, Cove, and Sub-Zero. Previous roles include Lead Product Designer and Senior Industrial, UI/UX Designer at Sub-Zero, where Patrick managed teams and oversaw the design and production of refrigeration, dishwashing, and cooking appliances. Prior to this, Patrick owned Bestabode Designs, LLC, a design consultancy emphasizing sustainable product design, and held positions at Placon Corporation, Lands' End, and Knoll International Limited. Patrick's education includes a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Pratt Institute, a Sustainable Design Certificate from Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and ongoing studies in Product Design Management and Human Computer Interaction at the Interaction Design Foundation.
