Nic Hanson

Nic Hanson is a results-driven program director and governance lead with over 15 years of experience in digital infrastructure and complex project delivery across ten countries. They have successfully managed high-performing teams, established robust governance frameworks, and driven productivity improvements, including overseeing multi-million dollar contracts and leading projects in diverse settings. Notably, Nic's roles have included serving as Manager of Data Quality at NBN Co Limited and acting General Manager at nbn™ Australia, where they demonstrated a strong ability to engage with stakeholders at the executive level. Currently, Nic is a Program Director at SUBCO and continues their education in Management Studies & Statistics at the University of Leeds.
