Cody Madison

Cody Madison is a Senior Crewing Specialist at SubCom since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing crewing, training, and documentation for over 100 maritime personnel, ensuring compliance with US Coast Guard and IMO regulations, and collaborating with security teams and government agencies to process mariners for Federal security clearance. Prior experience includes serving as a Second Officer at Crowley Maritime and completing internships and cadet roles at The Vane Brothers Company, Keystone Shipping Company, and Ocean Shipholdings Inc., providing a solid foundation in maritime operations. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is currently pursuing an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management at Liberty University.
