Dan Youch

Dan Youch, PMP, currently serves as Production Manager at SubCom since September 2023. Prior roles include General Manager at EB Metal US, Plant Manager at EB Metal, and Industrial Maintenance Project Lead at Nakupuna Companies. Dan has extensive experience in project management, having worked as a Project Management Consultant at H2 Performance Consulting and held multiple leadership positions at EFI and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Dan's expertise includes applying Earned Value Management and LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production and reduce project timelines. Dan holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Temple University.
