Greg Bubel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Director at SubCom since 2016, Greg has previously held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director of Operations at 4D Security Solutions, Inc. from 2009 to 2015, and Vice President of R&D at Vytran LLC from 2008 to 2009. Greg's earlier career includes positions such as Technical Manager of Quality, Reliability, & New Product Development at OFS Fitel from 2002 to 2008, Managing Director of Product & System Development at Tyco Submarine Systems from 1997 to 2002, and Director of Undersea Lightwave Reliability at AT&T Bell Laboratories from 1993 to 1997. Greg holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where a National Science Foundation Fellowship was awarded, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
