Hope D. is an industrial engineering major at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where current roles include Learning Fellow for the MECH1100 Foundations of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and Makerspace Monitor. Experience encompasses mentorship as an Engineering Mentor at AMSA Charter School and participation in robotics research, developing a robotic arm for pediatric TBI diagnostics under Dr. Kalilah Wolkowicz. Previous internships include Quality Engineering Intern at SubCom, focusing on defect analysis and process improvement, and Research and Development Co-Op at RevBio, Inc., advancing a novel bone adhesive. Early career experience includes roles at Medtronic and customer service positions at Shea's Riverside Restaurant & Bar and Kumon North America, Inc. Hope D. also has international educational experience at Pforzheim University.
