Jared Majcher

Jared Majcher is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in advanced technology development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at SubCom since March 2025, Jared previously held roles at 6K as a Technical Project Manager and Lead Mechanical Engineer, where contributions included leading the transition to large-scale production of plasma-based cathode materials and directing the development of a next-generation plasma reactor. Prior experience encompasses mechanical engineering positions at Wilcox Industries, BAE Systems, and DEKA Research & Development, where accomplishments include the development of new product lines and patented packaging technologies. Jared holds a Master of Science in Material Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
