Prior to SubCom, John Rath worked for American Maritime Officers for 20 years as a Chief Engineer, gaining significant expertise in cable ship operations and participating in the construction of TE SubCom's Global and Reliance Class vessels. John Rath holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College, obtained between 1987 and 1990.
